Jeff

Jeff is a 25-year veteran of the energy
business and has spent most of his career
with two of the petroleum industry’s
leading consolidators. He has
held several regional and senior management
positions in both operations and sales & marketing.
In 2008, Jeff joined Inergy as President
of the newly created Southeastern Pennsylvania
Division following the acquisition of Farm & Home
Oil. |

President, Mid Atlantic Division
Chris launched his 30-year career in the propane industry while still a student
at Villanova University. He has extensive experience in all phases of the
industry including operations, sales, marketing and customer service. Chris
joined Inergy’s United Propane operation in 2005 and was named to his
current position shortly thereafter. |

at Suburban Propane and as the President/CEO
of SunEnergy Propane, Inc. He

A nearly 21-year veteran of the propane industry,
Steve started his career with Agway Energy, later joined Star Gas Propane,
and also worked for Suburban Propane. Steve re-joined Star Gas Propane in
2004, just prior to its acquisition by Inergy. Steve received his BS from
Cornell University and his MBA from Western New England College. |

Division
A Penn State graduate, John has spent
his entire career in the propane industry.
After more than 25 years with AmeriGas Propane
in a variety of management positions, John
served as Executive Vice President with EnergyUSA
Propane prior to joining Inergy. John was named
Eastern Ohio/Western Pennsylvania Division
President in 2005. |

President, New York/Pennsylvania Division
Bruce entered the propane industry in 1981 with Maingas where he served in
a variety of positions before the company was acquired by Star Gas Propane.
With Star Gas, Bruce soon became Assistant Regional Manager and then Mid-Atlantic
Region Manager. Bruce joined Inergy in 2004 and was named Division President
in 2005. |

Steve Boyle |

Having grown up working in his family’s
propane company, Steve re-entered the industry in 1990 following a 17-year
career with Whirlpool Financial Corporation. He served in a variety of management
positions with several propane companies before joining Inergy in 2004. Steve
was named Florida Division President in 2005. |

President, Virginia/North Carolina
Division
James entered the propane industry
in 1993 with Highland Propane. He later moved
to AmeriGas as Director of Operations for its
Northeast Division, then rejoined Highland
after its acquisition by Inergy in 2004. Before
he began his propane career, James -- a graduate
of Virginia Military Institute -- served in
the U.S. Army. |

President, Mississippi/Alabama Division
With more than 22 years of experience
in the propane industry, Jim has served in
propane sales, marketing and operations leadership
roles with both independent and national propane
companies. Prior to being named President in
2007, Jim served as Vice President of Operations
for Dowdle Gas since 2002. |

Mike Vaughn |

President, Texas/Oklahoma Division
After serving in the Navy, Mike spent nearly 15 years in operations and management
for companies that include ACE Hardware. Shortly after joining the propane
industry in 1998 he was named district manager for several locations. In
2003 Mike joined Independent Propane Company (IPC), which had been acquired
by Inergy in 2001. |

Jim
Cross |

President, Michigan Division
As a second generation industry veteran,
Jim brings 30 plus years of multi-industry
experience to his leadership role for Inergy.
Jim began his propane career part time in
1975 and has served in many different management
roles throughout his career in sales, marketing
and operations. Jim is a past President of
the Michigan Propane Gas Association and
currently serves as an active member of the
association today. Jim was named the
Michigan Division President in 2007. |

Gary Komosa |

President, Illinois Division
Gary joined Country Gas in 1972
and has worked in virtually every role
in the company. After receiving his degree
from Northern Illinois University and a
brief career in teaching, Gary returned
to Country Gas in 1984 in a sales position.
He later became Sales Manager, then General
Manager and was named President of Country
Gas in 2001.

Dan Manson |

President, Indiana Division
Following a nearly 20-year career in
manufacturing and plant management, Dan joined
Hoosier Propane in 1995 as an area manager.
He became General Manager in 1998 and was named
President in 2001. A native of Indiana, Dan
is a graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis. |

President, Wisconsin Division
A 30-year veteran of the propane industry,
Ed began his career at Correll’s L.P.
Gas in Indiana, later moving to Star Gas Propane.
Ed worked in various management positions with
Star Gas for 13 years before joining Inergy
in 2004 as the Wisconsin Division President.
Ed is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. |

Robert "Pat" Houser |

President, Ohio Division
Pat began his 13 year career in the propane industry with Ferrellgas in 1992 in both area and regional operations management roles. In addition, he had a 15 year career at ChemLawn, holding various operations management positions and — just prior to joining Inergy in 2008 — was a Regional Sales Manager for Actaris Liquid Measurement. Pat is a graduate of Columbus State Community College. |
