Inergy L.P. sells propane and leases propane supplies and equipment to retail consumers – residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural – under a number of regional brand names. In addition to its retail business, the company provides complete wholesale propane supply, price risk management and logistics services to customers throughout the United States and Canada.

The company also operates a growing natural gas business. Inergy operates a natural gas gathering/processing, fractionation and terminaling business on the west coast as well as a significant natural gas storage business in New York.
